General terms
These terms apply to ShoppingLand LLC product inquiries, distributor communications, support requests, and related services. Product availability, pricing, shipping timelines, and distributor terms may vary by order and agreement.
Contact and orders
You may contact ShoppingLand LLC by email, phone, or other available channels. SMS consent is not required to make a purchase, request distributor pricing, receive service, or complete a transaction.
ShoppingLand Sales Partner Program
A sales commission is not earned from a click alone. ShoppingLand uses the purchases, units, and promoted-product sales reported for each approved partner's Amazon Attribution tag as the normal evidence. A purchaser is not required to submit identity, contact, order ID, or screenshot information for an ordinary sale. If a sale appears to be missing, the purchaser may voluntarily provide encrypted order information for a dispute investigation.
Eligible commission is 20% of attributed promoted-product sales. Taxes, shipping, and discounts are not commissionable. Sales canceled, returned, refunded, declined, or removed from Amazon Attribution reporting are not eligible before clearing. Self-purchases and fraudulent activity are excluded only when reasonably verified by ShoppingLand after review. One attributed sale credits one direct sales partner only; store-parent, employee-recruiting, and other upline commissions are not paid.
ShoppingLand routinely reloads the latest 28 days of Attribution data as an internal reconciliation safeguard and replaces provisional sales and commission with the newest snapshot. This 28-day refresh is a ShoppingLand policy, not a promise that Amazon identifies every return. Commission remains pending for 45 days beginning when positive attributed sales are first reported, and a fresh Attribution recheck is required before clearing. During the 90-day pilot, an unmatched or post-clear late return is recorded and absorbed by ShoppingLand instead of being automatically charged back to the partner.
Automated signals may place a commission or payout in pending review, but they do not decide that a partner committed self-purchase or fraud. ShoppingLand reviews the relevant period, link, claims, and payout destination, requests the partner's explanation when appropriate, and excludes commission only when reasonable evidence supports the decision. A shared IP address, store Wi-Fi, device, contact detail, or other single signal by itself is not sufficient.
Independent use of paid commission
Once ShoppingLand has paid an approved commission, the sales partner independently controls its private use when that use was not advertised, promised, provided, or conditioned on an Amazon purchase. ShoppingLand does not direct, administer, reimburse, or routinely monitor that private use and does not collect customer-level records to track how paid commission is spent.
This independence does not authorize a partner to advertise, promise, or provide an off-Amazon rebate, discount, or customer benefit conditioned on a purchase through the partner link. A partner may not offer compensation for a review or feedback, manipulate clicks or cookies, or represent an independent activity as a benefit provided or guaranteed by ShoppingLand or Amazon. Each partner is responsible for complying with applicable law and marketplace policy. ShoppingLand may review a complaint or credible evidence and may pause payout review, suspend a link, or terminate participation when reasonably warranted.
Sales-partner payout
After an approved partner's first eligible attributed sale, ShoppingLand sends a private, one-time payout-setup link. The partner may select PayPal or Venmo, Zelle, or bank direct deposit through Square, subject to provider availability and verification. The ShoppingLand payout page accepts only a legal name and the email address or U.S. phone number registered with the selected method. Bank-account, routing, card, Social Security, taxpayer, government-ID, and birth-date information must not be submitted to ShoppingLand. Square direct-deposit users enter bank and tax information only on Square's own secure page.
Cleared commission balances are reviewed monthly and carry forward until they reach $25. No payment is approved until the sales-partner code, latest Attribution snapshot, day-45 settlement recheck, payout profile, applicable tax profile, and any open risk review are complete. ShoppingLand records the payout method, amount, status, adjustments, and provider transaction reference. A submitted payout preference does not activate a link, approve a commission, or authorize ShoppingLand to send money before all required checks are complete.
SMS terms
ShoppingLand LLC may offer optional SMS text messages for transactional and customer-care purposes, including order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, appointment or inquiry follow-ups, and direct replies to customer support requests.
